Manga 699/700 Wow, it's been a whole week now since Naruto ended and the feelings and emotions have been mixed. It was a little sad to know that there would be no new chapter this week and so I find myself already looking forward to the miniseries in the spring. One thing is for sure, the manga may be over but with movies and even musicals planned, it won't be the end of the story and the characters we have grown to love so much!
Back to the actual chapters themselves, there were parts to touch your heart and make you teary-eyed, weird confusing moments, and also a few dissapointments. Overall, I haven't lost my love for the series though and feel grateful to have stuck with it to the end, even if it was not the ending that I had wanted to see in some aspects.
We finally got to see Sasuke repair his bonds with all of team 7, Naruto finally achieve his lifelong dream, and then we got to see their future families and their cute children. Pairings and children everwhere in 700
And what was up with Gaara's hair? 
Some questions still remain though, like what on earth happened to Orochimaru and Taka? Also, Yamato, we got to see him wake up from infinite tsukuyomi but then that was it, hmm, I wonder if the upcoming movie or the new manga series will answer any of questions left hanging.
Overall, I'm so grateful to have met so many wonderful people through loving this manga and am eager to hear everyone's different opinions. I hope to plan more contests, activities, and discussions here to keep this place active beyond the end of the manga

The 700th chapter really was funny, odd and homehow surprizing. Pretty hefty how opinion are driven that differently. Ô___o
I´m somehow in the "inbetween section"....the pairing are somehow expected (Sakura-Sauke, Naruto-Hinata, Shika-Tema) Otherwise is DID surprised me that Sasuke actually DID got a human being as a partner...sorry but him being "reintegrated" happened abit to fast for me..okay Sasuke still wanders off here and ther to clear his sins..which makes things even weirder...but whan shall I even supposed to understand him.
Saradu is somehow a reversed Karin, did anyone else noticed this too?
But I LOVE the Uzumaki family..although someone wrote, why Naruto didn´t simply used a Kage Bunshin for spending time for his son Borodu (Bold). That´s really resonable, especially since we all know how well used Naruto is by doing this. BUt also by knowing that Naruto shouldn´t be supposed to let his own son suffer somehow the same loneliness(SP???)...even with living parents. But the daughter is cute fo sure. ^///^
Yeah most important for me: Kanky was NOT skipped/killed. Super wohoo of that day yeah!!!!!!
His outfit surely is abit unusual for the eyes. Otherwise do I really like his face-paint. It´s again closer to the first Kabuki-ish paint, which I think shall be supposted to look like from the beginning on. He´s the perfect fusion of Kabuki and Bunraku (both Japan´s theatre styles).
