32- Farewell



"F*ck you, Kakashi..."

"Kakashi!?" double exclaimation comes from the two boys.

"I didn't expect that coming...heh" Kakashi with a slight laugh, "how did you know?"
You glare at him.

"You've sent me here before. It was hard to tell because of the fady memory but I sensed it. My body knew the place," you explain.

"Close, but no. Your body didn't know it. Your chakra did," Kakashi corrects.

"When did Yu come here?" Sasuke asks after some time, regaining his self from shock.
You raise your palm and look at it. A little chakra of bright electric zaps forms, dancing on your hand.

"When this was out of control..." you say, then look up to Sasuke, "like the time when I thought you were Hi."

"You isolated Yu in there!? Just cause you didn't know how to handle her?" Sasuke is shouting to Kakashi, but you don't hear.

"Only for the time she was unconsciously exploding her chakra around her...don't worry. I watched her all the time," says Kakashi which is fading away.

"You watched her? You watched her? Is that the only thing you did, sensei?" Neji includes himself into the argument, which you can't hear already.

You don't feel the ground anymore and you are standing.
Standing in a white atmosphere.
And just as you thought you are alone, you sense someone's presence behind you.
Slowly you turn and widen your eyes as you see your brother.

"......Hi..ani-ue?" you whisper.
He smiles at you and opens his arms out wide for you.
You run into his arms and wrap your arms around his waist tightly as you feel hot tears prickle your eyes.
The warmth from Hi is so comforting that you never want to let go, but you already started to see him become transparent.

"Hi ani-ue....are you.. going now?" you ask in a whisper.
He nods and smile at you warmly as if to say, 'you'll be alright now'.
You smile and hug him one last time before he completely disappears, which is when you open your eyes back to reality.

"Are you alright Yu?" Neji asks.
Two worried faces look down at you.
You realise that a tear had fallen down your cheek and you quickly wipe it away and smile.
You push the two guys gently to the ground who obediently lies down beside you.

"It's so good to be alive.." you say which makes Kakashi smile.

"You've just completed what Hi wished for," Kakashi says.
You don't know what that meant but you don't care.
The three just close their eyes and let the warmth of the first light of sunrise seep into your skin.
And just before you drift off to sleep, you whisper, "thank you...Hi ani-ue...for my life."
From that day on, you never see Hi again in your dream or mind.

You wake up and you're back in whiteness.
You groan.

"Why am I here again, bakakashi?" you mumble. (baka=stupid. baka + kakashi= bakakashi, word made by Yu)

"Because you used up all your chakra again and you won't have the strength to walk for awhile, kuro neko-san," Kakashi replies with a sigh while holding onto your shoulder and pushing you down so you won't move away from the hospital bed.

"No. Let go. I'm not living my life here again in this boring room without any fresh air," you grumble as you glare at Kakashi.
You sweep away Kakashi's arm quickly and stand up.
Kakashi tries to stop you but you already start to walk to the other side of the room, where the door is.
Kakashi stops as he is suprised to see you walk with balanced stamina.
How can she be...? Kakashi thinks.

As if you read Kakashi's mind, you say to him," my chakra and body is back to normal because Hi gave me strength. I'll be able to control my chakra now and it will never have a mind of its own anymore."
At this point, you turn around and give a true smile to Kakashi.

"Thanks to you Kakashi sensei."
Then you leave, leaving a quite stunned Kakashi rooted to the ground.
